Function is introduced:
● Above equipment using for foam scrap mixing and rebonding into new foam,mostly using in sofa and mattress.
●SN-WSD10.0 it is equipped with automatic weighing function..Only needs to set the weight of foam, and the system will automatically load until the set weight. After the mixing is ready, the weighing system will feed the material to the mixing tank, and then start mixing and foaming. The automatic glue spraying system will also finish glue spraying according to the set program. After mixing, the mould will move to the unloading position. After unloading, it will move to the pressing position. According to the size of the foam set by the user, the system will complete the pressing, and the steam system will open to make the foam mature within a certain period of time. Finally, the automatic demoulding system is opened and the foam is finished.
●SN-WSD10.0 Machine using PLC+touch screen control.According to the needs of customers, different procedures can be set to make different densities of foam. The whole operation is completed automatically, which greatly saves labor costs and time, and can well control the quality and cost of products.
